Tai Chi, Meditation, Chi Kung

Sebastian Reinhard has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for many years to students of all ages. Based in Switzerland, he runs four regular classes and also teaches at ETH and the University of Zürich.

Each year, Sebastian dedicates two months to personal retreats, deepening his understanding of how the body and mind interact with stress and external influences. This continuous study allows him to better guide his students toward freedom from conditioning and greater inner balance.

Over the past two years, he has focused intensively on exploring the connection between Qi Gong, meditation, and the breath — powerful tools for relaxation and the release of stress and trauma.
