Mar Pascual is a Pharmacist, Acupuncturist, and Yoga practitioner with a deep passion for integrative health. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, working in physical-chemical, and microbiological quality control in Pharmaceutical Labs, as well as in an homeopathy Lab, combined with many years of Community Pharmacy work.

Her journey took a transformative turn when she discovered Shiatsu, sparking a lifelong interest in Holistic healing. She started studying it in Seville but soon travelled to India to spend 3 months in a daily training of energy work. Since this new direction of her life she studied the Degree “ Estudios Superiores de Acupunctura y Moxibustión” in Atlantic University.

After completing them Mar continue her training and specialized in women’s health ( Escuela para la Salud, Madrid) as well as in several well-known acupuncture pain management techniques : Subcutaneous (Dr. Jian Wu), Instant Pain relieve acupuncture (Dr. Liu Zheng). At the same time she is currently training in Integrative Body Therapy to support her knowledge on a psychological and psychosomatical basis.

Today, thanks to her background in health sciences and her holistic understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she brings a comprehensive perspective to each treatment. offering personalized care that consider the whole person supporting their inner balance — energetical, physical, emotional and spiritual.
