Jenny brings more than 15 years of international leadership in operations, strategy, and general management across the education, travel, and hospitality sectors. Throughout her career, she has guided start-ups, scale-ups, and global organizations that deliver transformational experiences for clients worldwide.

At The Balance, she is responsible for financial and operational management, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of personalized, holistic care. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
