Cecilia Juhlin

Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist

Cecilia Juhlin is a registered psychotherapist and organizational change specialist who excels in leadership and team development for high-performing teams. Holding an MSc in Clinical Psychology and registration as a psychotherapist, she also earned an Executive Master’s in Organizational Change from INSEAD, Singapore. In addition, she is an INSEAD-certified coach and a Certified Mental Health Instructor. Earlier in her career, she studied English and Communication at Stanford University and Sacramento State College.

Before joining a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland as part of the Organizational Development function, she worked for over a decade as a psychotherapist at a university hospital and in private practice, both in Switzerland and Singapore.

Of Swedish origin, Cecilia’s professional experience spans Switzerland, the USA, Singapore, and the Philippines. She is also actively engaged in voluntary preventive mental health awareness initiatives, both within and outside Switzerland, contributing to the de-stigmatization of mental health challenges.
