Personal Trainer

Attila Mihalyi was born in Hungary on January 7, 1971, and has dedicated his life to sport and physical well-being. After playing football (soccer) for 24 years, he transitioned to fitness and gym training at the age of 35. From 2013 to 2020, Attila worked as a personal trainer at Holmes Place Fitness and Health Club in Zürich, where he became the club’s most sought-after trainer.

Since 2020, he has been working independently as a personal trainer in the Zürich area through his business, Attila Personal Training, offering tailored coaching primarily to clients over 40, including professionals such as bankers, lawyers, and business owners.

Attila’s philosophy is built on what he calls the Four Pillars of Good Health: Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, and Emotional Well-being. He believes that lasting health is achieved through balance in these four areas and is dedicated to helping his clients develop sustainable habits that foster strength, vitality, and confidence.
